The sauna is not for you if you are pregnant, sensitive to heat, have a heart condition, take medications that interact with heat, have a recent head injury, un-medicated or uncontrolled blood pressure, or  have had recent surgery.

The sauna is made for one person at a time, you will be lying on your back with a dome over your body (head is not inside).The dome is roomy and most will not have any spacial issues.
